Nigella Stainless Steel Pressure Cookers body and lid are made from food-grade, 18/8, non-magnetic, superior stainless steel (AISI Grade 304). 304 Stainless Steel contains 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel for greater anti-corrosion resistance. It is hence one of the best quality stainless steel grades used for making cooking utensils.
Heavy Duty Tri-ply body
The Tri-ply body of Nigella Pressure Cooker is its specialty. Sandwiched between two sheets of stainless steel is a thick core of aluminium. Aluminium is 9 times better conductor of heat than steel. This ensures heat spreads quickly and evenly thus avoiding hotspots and burning or sticking of food.
